Cancellation Policy

(Effective for all bookings made through ariarathestravel.com)

At Ariarathes Travel, your booking helps cover essential costs such as tour operations, accommodation, staffing, and logistics. As many expenses are committed well before your tour begins, we apply the following cancellation charges to protect the sustainability of our services.

Cancellation Charges:

• 30 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 30% of total tour cost (or deposit, if higher)
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost (or deposit, if higher)
• 6 days or fewer before departure: 80% of total tour cost (or deposit, if higher)
• 48 hours or fewer before departure: 100% of total tour cost

Note: All deposits are non-refundable.

Custom or tailor-made tours may have specific cancellation conditions that will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking.

After Your Tour Has Started:

• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the tour or services.
• If you choose to leave the tour early or make changes during the trip, all related costs will be your own responsibility.
• A written notice explaining your reason must be provided to your tour operator.
